Economical Portable Ramps & Forklift Docks
We built the Dura-Ramp LT as a lighter-duty, more compact companion to our Dura-Ramp PRO, and it is the ramp we point most warehouse and distribution customers toward when their forklift traffic does not call for our heaviest platform. It sets up and breaks down quickly, so a yard crew can turn a bare trailer or dock opening into a working forklift ramp in minutes rather than tying up a bay for a construction crew. If your operation moves standard warehouse-style forklifts across changing dock heights, the LT gives you that flexibility without the price tag or footprint of our full-size PRO line.

DownloadAll three models share the same 20,000 lb capacity and 6-foot level-off deck; the difference between them comes down to overall length and the resulting grade, so the right pick depends on how much height differential your dock or trailer regularly sees.
We also produce completely Customized Ramps.
Learn MoreTwo speed hand crank system makes the LT genuinely user friendly. Adjustable legs let a two-person crew raise or lower the deck height in seconds, so the ramp matches whatever trailer or dock it meets that day.
At 77 inches overall and 72 inches of service width, the LT stays easy to store and maneuver around the yard without sacrificing the width most warehouse forklifts need to track straight and centred.
The 6-foot level-off section lets a forklift become level before it ever enters the trailer, which reduces the jolt that comes from crossing directly from an inclined ramp onto a flat trailer bed.
We coat every LT in a high-quality polyurethane paint system, available in the colour of your choice, so the ramp keeps its finish and its corrosion resistance through repeated outdoor exposure.
The base LT covers most standard applications, and we offer several factory options for facilities with specific handling needs:
Start with your heaviest forklift’s operating weight plus its maximum rated load, then compare that total against the 20,000 lb rating. For most warehouse-style forklifts and standard pallet loads, the LT covers the job with room to spare. Heavier counterbalanced fleets should look at our PRO series instead.
Yes. The serrated bar grate deck lets rain, snow, and debris pass through rather than pool on the surface, and the polyurethane coating system is built to hold up outdoors, so the same ramp works whether it lives inside a warehouse bay or out in the yard.
Once it arrives, the freestanding design and adjustable support legs mean a crew can position it and crank it to height in a matter of minutes, with no concrete work, permits, or construction crew required.
DR-LT620, DR-LT625, and DR-LT630 share the same width, capacity, and 6-foot level-off deck. They differ in overall ramp length and resulting grade, so the choice comes down to the height differential you need to bridge.
Both replace the standard 6 inch deck overlap. The transition plate is a simpler, manually operated hinge, while the integrated dock leveler adds more height adjustment and rubber bumpers, so it suits facilities with more variable trailer heights or higher truck volumes.
We recommend adding removable hand railings whenever foot traffic shares the ramp with forklift traffic, since the base model is built primarily around forklift use.
Since the LT ships from stock inventory, typical lead time runs about one to two weeks, considerably faster than a made-to-order ramp or a concrete ramp installation.
